I hope you’re doing well and making it through this challenging time!

Little has changed with Leverty Insurance Strategies. I am available for questions or enrollments by phone, email, mail or video meetings. We are trying to heed the advice to practice social distancing and minimize face to face interactions. With the exception of open enrollment periods, most of what we do can be done by phone, email or mail.

I don’t have any magical words to say or the magic wand to put an end to this growing coronavirus health problem. I think it’s important to pay close attention to what the Center for Disease Control (www.cdc.gov) and your state’s Department of Health have to say about what to do.

Save what you get from your insurance carrier after reading what they send you. There are a lot expansions of coverage for COVID-19 related expenses. Keep all information, don’t delete it or toss information. It might come in handy later!

Insurance carriers have adapted in order to continue to provide customer service, process your claims, enrollments, and premiums. They’ve taken steps to give their employees the tools to work remotely and safely to stay up and running for you.

We’re all finding new ways to operate with what we have. We are all resourceful people. We look around and see what has to be done and how to do it. Each of us is capable of adaptation and cooperation.
